Michelle Lefco-Rockey,
LCSW, CYT, ACS
Executive Director and Owner
I am the co-founder and proud owner of Creekside Collaborative Therapy, established in 2013. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I have a passion for working alongside individuals to achieve their desired goals. In addition to my private practice experience, my background also includes working in inpatient, day treatment, and home-based settings for children and adolescents.
While I have worked with clients of all ages to address a broad range of mental health concerns, my focus has increasingly been on providing trauma-informed care over the past decade. I have received specialized training in EMDR, DBT, Brainspotting, and Trauma-Focused CBT, and incorporate creative, right-brained modalities such as art, music, and guided imagery into my therapeutic approach. Additionally, I integrate somatic interventions to address trauma and became a Certified Yoga Teacher specializing in Restorative Yoga in 2018. I am also trained in the Safe & Sound Protocol. I also earned my Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) certification in 2025.
Currently, my primary role involves providing clinical supervision and managing the daily operations of our mental health team, which consists of over 25 clinicians and support staff. I take great pride in our team’s exceptional service and the positive impact we make in our community.
