“You may be used to holding everything together for everyone else. Therapy can be a space where you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin living more intentionally.”
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and provide therapy at Creekside Collaborative Therapy. My work is grounded in humanistic and existential approaches, meaning I focus on helping clients deepen their self-understanding, explore the meaning behind their experiences, and reconnect with the values that guide how they want to live.
I view therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you in exploring patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be shaping how you move through the world. Together, we work to build self-awareness, challenge limiting narratives, and develop ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more authentic and sustainable.
I have a strong interest in the mind–body connection and often incorporate mindfulness and body awareness into sessions. Many of the clients I work with are navigating anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, or patterns of overextending themselves for others. Therapy becomes a space to slow down, strengthen self-trust, set healthy boundaries, and reconnect with a more grounded and balanced way of living.
My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe enough to explore all facets of who you are—including the parts that may feel uncertain, overwhelmed, or stuck. Growth often begins with curiosity and compassion toward ourselves, and therapy can be a powerful place to cultivate both.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy hiking (especially if there’s a creek or waterfall nearby), wandering through museums or botanical gardens, and searching antique malls and thrift stores for vintage finds. I’m also a fan of anime, documentaries, and the occasional scary movie. My dog Xena (named after the warrior princess) is my biggest supporter and a daily reminder to slow down and enjoy the moment.
