Jamie Walker, MA
LPCC
Hi, I’m Jamie (she/her)! I strive to provide a space where you can explore, reflect, and grow—at your own pace and in your own way. Whether you're feeling stuck, navigating anxiety, reimagining your identity, or simply seeking a deeper connection to yourself and others, I’m here to walk alongside you. Our work is collaborative; you are the expert of your life, and I’m here to support you in discovering what’s most meaningful and healing for you.

I do my best to tailor my approaches to meet your needs, drawing from modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and humanistic techniques. I’m continually curious about the role of holistic and integrative approaches to healing, including meditation, movement, nature, and somatic practices. I’m also informed by child centered play therapy for children and completed training in Brainspotting in 2025. My work is grounded in an understanding that power, privilege, and oppression impact our lives in unique ways, and I hold space for the complexity of your experience with deep respect and care.

I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado, Denver in 2025 and my Bachelor’s Degree in Cognitive Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2019. With over 10 years in the Army Reserves and as a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), I bring a diverse, embodied lens to therapy—honoring the mind-body connection and the wisdom you already carry.

Congratulations on taking a step to show up for yourself! I encourage you to come as you are and embrace the waves of life—everything flows.
