Inga Vickers
Clinical Social Work Intern

I believe healing happens in relationships and that every person deserves a space where they feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. My hope is to offer a warm, collaborative environment where you can explore your experiences without judgment, better understand yourself, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

My background in psychology, combined with my education in social work, has taught
me to see people through both individual and holistic lenses. While psychology deepened my understanding of the mind and behavior, social work broadened that perspective to include the relationships, families, communities, and systems that shape our lives. Together, these perspectives continue to inform how I approach my work with clients.

As a Clinical Social Work Intern, my clinical training is grounded in attachment theory,
trauma-informed care, somatic approaches, and a neurodiversity-affirming perspective. I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to healing, and I strive to show up with authenticity, curiosity, compassion, and respect for each client’s unique story.

Before beginning my clinical training, I spent more than ten years supporting children,
adolescents, and families in public schools. I am currently completing my Master of Social Work at Metropolitan State University of Denver after earning my Bachelor of Science degree in psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. I feel honored to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, strengthen their relationships, and reconnect with the resilience they already have.
