Christine Pardos, LSW

Have you been looking for a supportive and warm space to explore personal growth, identify unhelpful patterns, or to work through stressors? Have you ever felt alone, misunderstood, or invalidated?  Or, have you found yourself unable to fully engage in your relationships, your responsibilities, or your passions in the ways you want? My goal is for us to work together to overcome these barriers so you can live a fulfilling life with a restored sense of strength, hope, and empowerment.

I am a Licensed Social Worker and have worked with diverse populations ranging from children and young adults to adults and families within settings such as outpatient facilities, schools, career readiness and GED programs, and behavioral health hospitals. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults and am passionate about supporting those navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, interpersonal relationships, identity formation, self-esteem, and stress. I also welcome the LGBTQ+ community as well as people of other marginalized identities.

In my practice, I use a client-centered and strengths-based approach and believe that trust and rapport in the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of the therapy process. The modalities I use in partnership with my clients may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Therapy. I am in the process of obtaining my EMDR training and certification with Trauma Recovery/HAP. I also have an extensive background in theater and enjoy integrating the arts into my practice when it aligns with my client’s goals and objectives.

You do not need to carry the burden of your suffering alone anymore. It has taken you so much courage to ask for help. Together we can help you find peace, healing, and connection so you can thrive in the life you want and deserve.

I currently accept Self-Pay, CCHA and Cigna.
