Life can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to go at it alone. I believe a safe and non-judgemental space to explore past traumas, current difficulties, and complex emotions is crucial to building a happy and fulfilling life. 

 

I am currently a pre-licensed counselor (LPCC) originally from Baltimore, MD. I graduated from Towson University with my B.S. and Syracuse University with my M.S. I strive to use my openness, humor, and compassion to create an environment for people to feel comfortable and safe and utilize many different counseling techniques including CBT, DBT, MBSR, and person-centered approaches. 

 

I enjoy working with adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and other varying diagnoses. I also have experience in working with psychotic disorders, specifically Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective disorder, as well as those dealing with addiction.
